To mark Endeavor Midwest’s 10th anniversary, Jackson Andrews, Managing Director & Co-Founder, tasked us with creating an impact report that truly celebrated their legacy. We wove together the inspiring stories of their entrepreneurs, hard-hitting data, and the regional influence they’ve cultivated. The result? A powerful, 120+ page report that captures the essence of their work—showcasing entrepreneurs, their achievements, and the people who built this incredible network. It’s more than a report; it’s a testament to a decade of transformative impact.
The Opening Act
Endeavor Midwest is the local chapter of the Endeavor Global Accelerator Network. It launched in 2014 from a chance meeting between Jackson Andrews and Endeavor co-founder Peter Kellner. Inspired by Endeavor's mission to empower entrepreneurs in overlooked markets, Andrews spearheaded the Midwest chapter, now driving growth across Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. As part of Endeavor’s global network, they amplify high-impact entrepreneurs, transforming local economies while fostering innovation.

When we started the report, the goal was to craft a data-driven narrative that made the metrics pop. But with the help of the Endeavor Midwest team, who conducted interviews with board members, entrepreneurs, and founding members, a richer, more nostalgic story emerged. Each conversation brought forward heartfelt reflections on Endeavor’s journey. We leaned into these moments, weaving stories, quotes, and photos alongside the numbers to create a report that celebrates the people and impact of Endeavor in a way no average report could.
