Your business has grown. Has your website?

Most websites get built once, when the business is simpler than it is today. Since then, you've probably added products, launched new features, and sharpened who you're actually selling to, and the site hasn't caught up. When everything sits in one flat list with equal priority, buyers can't tell which solution is actually meant for them, and the site ends up undervaluing what you've built instead of making the case for it.

The result? Confused visitors don't fill out forms, and your sales team ends up working around a site that doesn't reflect what's actually being sold. You don't fix this with a fresh coat of paint. You rebuild the structure so the site represents the business you're running now.

Five Standards Every Website Should Meet

01.

Keep Your Website Accurate as You Grow

Buyers who talk to your sales team know who you are. But when they land on a site describing an old version of your business, they question what they heard on the call, and likely walk away. A site that speaks the same language as your sales team is a site that closes deals.

02.

Organize Your Site by Buyer, Not Just by Feature

When every product and solution sits in one flat list, buyers can't tell which one is meant for them, and worse, they don't know how or what to actually buy. What feels like showcasing the breadth of your product often leaves customers confused.

03.

Design Your Site to Convert, Not Just Inform

A visitor reading about your product isn't the goal. A visitor who books a demo is. Your site should make it clear and easy for customers to book a demo.

04.

Describe Your Business the Same Way Everywhere

Search engines and AI tools build trust from consistency. They also use the exact words on your website to describe what you do. When product messaging becomes outdated, that's the signal every customer sees from Claude or Gemini when they search for your solution.

05.

Update Your Site as Fast as You Ship

A new feature or product shouldn't take months to get proper real estate on your website. Sites that require a marketer, a designer, and a developer just to go live are cumbersome and take away from marketing and selling the product itself.

The Five Four Website Playbook

01Product, Business & GTM Overview

We start with a discovery session on your business, product, and go-to-market goals so every decision about the site ties back to your actual revenue targets.

We map the full sitemap and build the information architecture for each individual page, deciding what a visitor needs to see first, second, and third so every page argues its case in the right order.

We wireframe first so you can see the scaffolding, then we move quickly into full design once it's signed off.

We build in Webflow and train you on the system so you can edit copy, add a landing page, or build a form yourself later.

We handle analytics, tagging, metadata, and SEO before launch so the site actually sends traffic your way instead of sitting invisible.

We build the launch campaign too, with assets and content for email and social that makes everyone aware of your new digital front door.

FAQ

We already have a website. Do you tear it down and start over, or work with what's there?

+

We check your analytics first. Pages actually driving traffic get carried over and rebuilt clean. Anything that isn't gets left behind.

Do you write the copy, or do we?

+

Either. We can write it, or you can supply it. Some clients come in with strong copy already, others want us to build it from scratch.

Can we update the site ourselves after launch?

+

Yes. We build in Webflow specifically so you can add a landing page or a form yourself, and training on the system is part of delivery.

Do you handle domain and hosting migration?

+

Yes, or we can work alongside your team if you'd rather keep that in-house.

Do you migrate existing blog or resource content?

+

Yes, and if you don't have any yet, we can create it as part of the build.

If we just want a refresh or a few new pages, is there a lighter option than the $10K package?

+

Yes. The $10K package is a full site build, but we can scope a smaller starter site when that's the right fit. Tell us what you need and we'll be straight with you about whether it makes sense.

Do I need to have a brand before working with you?

+

Almost everyone has something we can work with. The exception is an early-stage startup with just an MVP and no brand assets. People often hire us to do that work first, and it becomes a natural lead-in to the website build.

What industries do you work with?

+

B2B SaaS is our primary focus, but we work with any founder-led business with a clear B2B motion.

Can I combine this with other work?

+

Yes. A common pattern is starting with a Website project, then moving into a launch campaign, sales enablement, or LinkedIn content.

What tech do you use?

+

We build in Webflow and manage HubSpot for email and CRM. We use AI tools, including Claude, but every deliverable is reviewed and approved by our team.

How do you bill?

+

Projects are billed 50% upfront, 50% on completion.
