Will someone from Five Four be on-site with us at the conference?

Not typically. We build the strategy, materials, and campaign, and your team runs the floor. If you want us on-site for content capture or execution support, we can scope that separately.

Is the cost of booth materials included?

No. But we work with preferred vendors and can ship your materials directly to them, so you're not the one juggling logistics.

Can you help us pick the right sponsorship level?

Yes. Sponsorship menus are usually confusing and priced to make the top tier look inevitable. We'll help you meet with the conference's sponsorship team, evaluate what's on offer, and choose the placement that fits your budget and your goals.

What if we're attending without a booth?

We can still help. Targeted pre-show outreach, environmental branding, and content capture all work whether or not you have booth space.

Can we get PR without the full package?

PR and content tactics are built into both packages' pre-show work. You don't need a separate PR engagement to get media outreach and content capture into your campaign.

How far in advance do we need to start?

Both packages are 4-week builds. If you're exhibiting in September, the latest you can realistically commit and still be ready is early-to-mid August.
